If you’re one of those people who can spend three hours and more than $100 at a Barnes & Noble — this is even better.
The Last Bookstore is California’s largest new and used book and record store. When you first walk in, you’ll notice how enchanting the design is.
Books are cleverly used to form the cash register space, arches hanging from the ceiling and Harry Potter-like art installations upstairs.
Most of the books are used. On the second level, you’ll find thousands of books for just $1, an art gallery, studio space as well as an impressive view of the main floor.
It’s a great place to buy a coffee table gift, take a visitor who wants to dodge the LA tourist traps or even spend the afternoon with a date ❤
